Change the World Scholarship!

Wanted to re-post a team post on our new "Change the World!" scholarship.

so, here ya go:

Are you a brilliant and impassioned high school or college student who dreams of changing the world? Or, even better, do you know any young people who qualify? Because we've got some good news. :)

We've got two quick questions. “What would you do if you weren't afraid?” and “How are you going to change the world?” (And yes. We think everyone should ask themselves these… even if it's only eligible students that can apply.:) We'll be offering a $1000 scholarship to each of the two students who offer the most compelling responses.

The deadline is June 15th, 2007, and we'll be announcing the winners by July 1st.

So start dreaming (and the dreaming, we think, is the most important part! Make sure you take the time to really reflect before you write ;), and start visioning, and when you're sure of your answers to both questions, come apply. (Check out our pod, first, for support and encouragement.) And again, if reading this makes you immediately think of your own son or daughter, or a neighbor's child, or a cousin or friend who you think would love to be asked this question, make sure you let them know.
