Our Ideology of Zaadz, Inc.

I was paging back through one of my journals earlier this week, and came across this. It's something I wrote while I was reading Jim Collin's Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies. (The book is one of my favorites -- if you're interested in studying values-driven businesses, it's a must-read!) In case anyone needs a little reminder of what we're all about . . . here's a little addition to our plan.

(Of course you knew that. It's you who're making it happen. ;) )
I haven't been blogging much - it's been a crazy few weeks! - but this is partially because we've got plenty of exciting plans for the next quarter. So stay tuned . . .
(For a heads-up, though, check out Siona's three paragraphs on the future of Zaadz!)
Our Ideology of Zaadz, Inc.
- To inspire and empower people to live at their highest potential, discovering their highest truths, developing their greatest strengths, and getting (paid to) use them in the greatest service to the world.
- To create an oasis --a sanctuary -- where passionate human beings can connect, inspire and empower one another.
- To create the world's greatest place to work, by paying generously and genuinely striving to help each individual discover and use their greatest strengths in the greatest service to the world.
- To write new rules of how business should be done -- acting with complete integrity, fearlessness, authenticity, transparency while doing the impossible.
- To circulate trillions of dollars of wealth within the conscious community, accelerating the adoption of more conscious living which will have a direct tremendous effect on the well-being of our planet.
- To integrate our success with our partners' success -- as we grow, they grow (and vice versa)
- To circulate wisdom from seekers, grassroots gurus, and global leaders, accelerating the evolution of the world's consciousness.
- To create the most profitable, impactful, trusted company ever -- giving our investors the best return they've ever seen. We'll sustain growth and profitability as the organization grows, and create a company that will endure into the twenty-second century.
- We do this, and we've changed the world.
And you know what? It's happening, right here.

You know, that just lights me up…. I see it, I love it, I want more of it.
Thanks for always paving the way. For under promising and over delivering, and not vice versa. Zaadz is so inspiring to me and I hear people talk of it more and more everyday. It IS happening and it's awesome. Just this past weekend I was at a Shiva Rea Yoga Trance Dance training and Shiva was asking all of us if we wanted to stay in touch in cyber-space and commit to these certain goals together… and she asked the group of 60+ of us which forum would be best, i.e. yahoo groups, etc…. and another woman and I both raised our hands quickly. The other lady spoke up first and she called out “Zaadz”… and I said, “yes, absolutely, I'm on there everyday!”…. and Shiva goes, “yeah, I've heard so much about them, I was thinking that would be an option…. so let's set up a pod there!” Anyway, it's just cool to witness the power of this increasing with intention.

Always a pleasure to hear from you Brian.
Had lunch with David yesterday, we chatted about many Zaadz topics (well, as many as we could in 45minutes)…. LOVE the new ideas… very excited… ya know, that “one-espresso-shot-too-many” kind of excited - take that times ten!! :) Well, you know how I feel. And it just keeps going in positive directions from there!
This site has done more to inspire and create positive outcomes in my life than you could possibly know, Brian, and it continues to do so every day.
Thank you for helping us see that we are not ‘lone visionaries’, but a community of them. What is otherwise a cold and impersonal form of contact (web, email, blog) has become an organic and free flowing exchange of ideas, hopes and dreams. It is all due to our daily renewed belief that we can and will make differences in the world around us. But we owe the larger organization of our belief to Zaadz.
